Our Founders

For more than 15 years we have been passionately engaged in providing childcare services with an emphasis on supportive learning, at the highest level. Many of the key attributes from previous successes – the physical environment, teacher characteristics, playgrounds, menus, policies & procedures – along with early-learning programs and curriculum are being applied to SSCC. We are proud to become a part of this caring community.

Experienced Executive Chef, graduate of McGill University and Le Cordon Blue Paris, Chef Guillermo Russo brings his skills to oversee our Childcare Centre’s kitchen. With the same passion he applied to positions at Pusateri’s Fine Foods, Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and Gordon Ramsay Group, he has developed new custom menus and nutritious recipes for our children. Russo’s work with us also includes streamlining food safety and quality control measures. Chef Russo will also be sourcing and selecting our food suppliers, choosing local providers where possible.
